Dr. Jill Diana is a Public Health Doctor, Health Scientist and Educator with over 15 years of education and experience in Epidemiology & Psychology. She works with the maternal/ infant population by providing safety and health information, trauma support, community engagement and health education workshops.

Technical Details
Insurance
Dr. Chasse does not currently accept insurance, but does hold a National Provider ID (NPI) as a clinical epidemiologist midwife, doula, lactation consultant and health educator, which can be used for flexible spending or reimbursement. She also holds a national patient care certification (N-CPCT) and NACI license. Labs can be paid through Rupa Health Labs directly.
Sliding Scale
A sliding fee scale is a model for payments administered to patients. The scale is intended for individuals who can't afford care to begin with, including those at a lower income level, and self-payers. The sliding scale makes giving you services more affordable. If you feel this fits your situation, let us know.
All infant trauma work is half price for refugee families

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. We utilize Venmo and PayPal for credit card processing and billing. Online appointments connect directly to PayPal so any credit card can be used
