We use “Mind-body medicine” - how emotions, thoughts, imagery, and beliefs directly impact physical health, to lower the stress reaction and generate a systemic healing response along with positive psychology focusing on strengths and virtues make life worth living. Dr. Jill is certified in multiple Evidence-Based methods including:  Mindfulness, HeartMath, Trauma-Focused, Art Therapy, and CBT. She is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through FMU and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist through ATI.  

There’s more to a healthy lifestyle than fad diets and unsustainable exercise regimens. Dr. Jill can help you create a personalized plan!

Dr. Jill can help you make lifestyle changes to improve your physical and emotional health.
